Programs for Kids and Juniors
At the School of Oom Yung Doe children and youth are taught martial arts as a balanced way to build physical strength, mental health, self-defense skills and emotional stability. This helps them succeed athletically, academically, and socially.
Weapons Training at Oom Yung Doe
Through proper weapons practice the student can develop five times faster than with empty hand movement alone. Weapons training can dramatically build strength, coordination and mental focus.
Total Body Conditioning
A Traditional Moo Doe practitioner can accomplish in twenty minutes what would normally take hours in the gym. In one movement the student is working many muscle groups in every area of the body that would take a range of different machines to replecate.
